It's a perfect meal with a limited bowl without side dishes. There are two recipes in the video, but I'm only going to post one of them.

Ingredients
  • Cabbage
    4piece
  • Sesame leaf
    2piece
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Rice ball powder
    1pack
  • Sesame oil
    suitably
  • Sesame
    1/2TS
  • Ssamjang
    2TS
  • Sesame oil
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the bottom of the cabbage and steam it in a steamer so that it doesn't rip.
STEP 2/6
Mix sesame oil or perilla oil in ssamjang.
STEP 3/6
Mix rice with a bowl of rice ball topping, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
(If there is no topping for rice balls, replace it with salt.)
STEP 4/6
If there is a tear in the cabbage, put more on top.
STEP 5/6
Put a piece of perilla leaf on it, put rice on it, and put ssamjang on it.
If cabbage is double layer, add enough ssamjang.
STEP 6/6
Cut it like cutting kimbap, put it on a plate, and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete it.
If it is difficult to peel off the cabbage one by one, cut the bottom enough, and then peel off the bottom one by one by one. If you added a little ssamjang, put it on a plate and put more ssamjang on top of the rice. There are two recipes in the video, but I'm only going to post one of them. Please refer to the video
